About Us

For almost 20 years now Lancaster Management Services, Inc. and our nationwide team have been providing elite I&D service to our customers on a regional and national level. We started in the Midwest and grew to a National I&D powerhouse. We have since expanded into providing museum resources, retail fixture applications and are producing major sporting events.

Lancaster Management Services, Inc. is proud to announce our tradeshow and event services division “Quantum Exposition”. This comes as a result of requests from existing customers and show organizers who are looking for a new option in the industry for a General Service Contractor.

Butch Melton has joined our team to direct and develop these new efforts. He brings with him 35 years of production/sales/sales management experience providing service for many of the largest events held in North America. He spent his entire career working for the largest contractors in the industry in all markets across the country and we are excited to have him on our team. “Butch has helped grow and manage as much as 1 billion in global sales over his past 30 years,” says Patrick Lancaster, Partner. “His leadership in this industry will prove to be key in setting a new and higher standard for Corporate Events and General Service Contracting.”

Our Services

Show Management

Quantum understands that any change you make with a current vendor such as your general service contractor is a serious matter! We have a great deal of experience in this area and are ready to assist you and your staff’s needs immediately. The look of the event will be supported with our in-house design and graphics departments. We will assist in arranging site inspections with the facility and your staff to ensure a successful event for all. We will assist in making shipping arrangements for all of your equipment and collateral materials to and from the facility. We would host educational exhibitor meetings to assist your customer base in controlling cost and have an experienced team available to answer questions pre and post show.

Online Ordering

Quantum Exposition will provide online ordering for both show management and exhibiting company needs. This will assist in helping manage marketing budgets as the event approaches. Our team will assist in helping with shipping information and options. We will also assist with the ordering of all services related to the event and all vendors involved at the discretion of The Show Organizer. Timely information guarantees a successful and cost effective event for all involved and we will drive this process!

Customer Service

Quantum Exposition was developed to have customer service as one of its founding principles. We take each client’s needs and issues very serious and will do whatever we can to solve any problems. We have built a team with years of experience who will be upfront and honest to address each situation individually.

Storage & Logistics

Quantum Exposition can accommodate complete storage and transportation logistics services to handle the needs for any event. We are able to provide affordable logistic services and warehousing. We have the capability of shipping FTL and LTL shipments inside the US, Mexico, and Canada, as well as small parcels and special freight services. We also offer overseas shipping with customs compliance.

Labor

Our parent company has been providing labor services nation-wide for 16 plus years. We have qualified teams in 30 markets currently with un-limited resources. We will offer quality supervision and labor on all of our events. We can also provide exclusive labor services for any event installing customer owned components to include unloading and reloading all shipments at the site and can provide temporary power as well.

Rental Exhibits

Quantum offers a wide range of rental solutions. We utilize Octanorm and B-Matrix components to provide flexibility to our rental program. With our vast inventory and in-house design, we can provide a creative solution for everyone’s needs and situation. Quantum can provide creative and safe solutions for any meeting or event.

Advantages of our rental program include: No shipping, no storage cost, no onsite labor expense and no drayage expense onsite.

Sporting Events

Quantum can produce running events, tennis tournaments, golf tournaments, and various other sporting events. We can provide all the required directional and sponsor graphics, retail structures for the tournament, event store and hospitality areas along with crowd control equipment, temporary power, landscaping and floral as well.

Graphics

We have in-house graphic and design capabilities to handle all your directional and graphic needs. We can also provide any and all graphic needs for exhibitors, for sponsorship locations, hospitality event signs, hanging signs and banners.
